Thanksgiving 2004
- 47 families received food baskets and grocery coupons at Thanksgiving, many of which were delivered personally by families or groups at Grace. This was almost double the number of families served just last year!
- Approximately 300 people were given a better Thanksgiving because of Grace.
- The donations of food and money for gift certificates given by the church body surpassed all previous years and act as a testament to those who shared in the gifts.
A message from Thanksgiving Baskets leader Debbi Nichols
We could not have helped out so many folks over the holidays if it were not for the coordinated efforts of many people and groups at Grace. We are especially appreciative of all the folks who lent us a hand by packing and sorting food, wrapping boxes, purchasing food coupons, making phone calls, and many other small but very important jobs. We couldn't have done it without you!
