Prayers Answered

When we have a tragedy in our lives we often remember to cry out to God for help.   When He does help us, do we remember to thank Him? Do we recall the times that He has so graciously answered our prayers in spite of all the odds being against us?

This page is dedicated to giving God the glory for the prayers He answers and remembering them.

A special thank you and recognition to God of the miracles He has worked to get us into our new buildings. Each step along the way when we would get discourage He would pick us up with a new event to spur us on and accomplish the goal which He put before us.

  • The finding of the land after years of searching.
  • Opening the hearts of the owners of the land to offer it to us at a price we could afford.
  • The grace and sensitivity with which the money for the building was raised by the team who had that huge responsibility.
  • The hard work and the dedication of the people that helped plan, design and build the buildings.
  • The staff of Grace who worked so hard under cramped conditions to do all their normal work while preparing to move.
  • The generosity of the members of Grace that gave until it hurt and then gave some more

We love you Lord and thank you for the opportunity to serve you in new buildings where we hope many more people will be drawn to You and learn to love you too.

Below are links to some requests made in the Grace Prayer Chain E-mail network and results of prayers that people have shared (with their permission). Last names have been removed because of the public nature of the Internet but the requests and results are right from the prayer chain messages.

We hope you will be reminded that prayer is powerful and can accomplish what nothing else can.

If you want to share an experience when God honored a prayer that was particularly amazing please send it to webmaster with “prayers answered” in the subject line.
