Important to Us**
Grace Community Church recognizes that
your privacy is important. This privacy policy explains
how we collect and use personal information.
Grace Community Church collects your
personal information only when you knowingly provide it
by submitting forms to the church, registering for
church activities, or participating in the Online
Community. The information we collect may include
sensitive information that is relevant to your
participation in the church, like health information or
information about your beliefs.
Grace Community Church uses your
personal information for the following purposes:

establish and maintain your involvement with the
church.

provide you with general information about the
church and its ministries.

provide products or services that you request from
the church.

register you for activities in which you choose to
participate.

church Pastors, Elders, and Staff.

Leaders of groups in which your family participates,
for example, Children Ministry, Small Group, and
Youth Group leaders.
A few of our church ministries, like
Money Sense and Grace Cares, involve partnerships with
third-party organizations. If you participate in one of
these ministries, we may, with your permission, provide
your personal information to the third party.
On occasions we may send mass emails that
announce upcoming church or community events/activities.
You can opt out by following the direction at bottom of
the email or use the “Let Us Know” form located in our
Church Bulletin.
If you choose to be part of our church
directory by Filling out the “Let Us Know” form located
in our Church Bulletin, the church will publish your
name, address, and home phone number in printed
directories, and on CD-Rom in PDF format to make the
information available to our Church Community.
Grace Community Church takes reasonable
steps to keep your personal information accurate and
secure. We store most information in the church office.
Registration cards for specific activities may be held
by the leaders of those activities.

Policy, or if you believe that Grace Community Church
has misused your personal information, please contact
our church office. We will work quickly to answer
questions and resolve problems.
