Grace's August/September Calendar of Events!   Our God is an awesome God who loves us and wants us to be happy.    Men get together in small groups of similar interest where friendships are made and needs are served. Women and mothers find a friendly environment to nurture their families and their faith. People make the friendships that last a lifetime based on helping and caring about one another.       If you've given up on church because you feel it's boring and irrelevant, then give Grace a try. Ours is a people-oriented church reaching out to others in whatever situation they find themselves.  Walk through our door to join the friendly, informal style of people who really care about one another.  There's room for everyone in our church. In the same way Jesus showed love and acceptance of all, we attempt to show love and acceptance to one another. You may not have been to church in years, and maybe you never read the Bible (like many first coming to Grace), but you'll find upbeat services and enthusiastic people welcoming you home. Sermons at Grace seek to explain and teach the Bible, not insult your intellect and beat you up with it. That may encourage you to explore on your own or connect with others doing the same.  Grace has many resources to help, including books and tapes you may borrow, small groups you may join, and classes to answer questions you've always wondered about. At Grace people trying to find God are helping each other use the tools God gave them to understand something about Him, and themselves. Don't let some unpleasant past experience with church keep you from God. He promised that if you seek him, he will come to you. Give Him a chance. You may find peace and contentment to reward you far beyond your effort.   Grace Community Church is a non-denominational, Christian, Bible-centered church.
